  • No :) I have lived my entire life with my name and I’m quite fond of it. We have made the decision to keep our own separate last names. We thank you in advance for respecting our choice.

  • No. We love your kiddos but this is an adult only event. We kindly request that only those adults listed on the invitation are in attendance. We hope that the advanced notice will help you in securing childcare for the evening!

  • Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us in what we are calling “eclectic formal” . Please visit the dress code page for more info. There is also a special request that we do not want you to miss!

  • The entire day will take place inside. There are a few outdoor spaces where you can step outside for fresh air throughout the evening!

    For those wearing heels, no need to worry about sinking into the grass, there isn’t any!

  • We ask that you arrive between 4-4:15pm as our ceremony begins at 4:30. We will not be able to seat late arrivals. If you have arrived late to the ceremony we ask that you wait outside until the ceremony finishes in order to keep our day of timeline running smoothly. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

  • Our ceremony will be unplugged. We want you to be present with us and experience our wedding with your own eyes instead of through a screen.

    After the ceremony we invite you to take all the pictures/ videos that you want!

  • Yes, we have a block of 15 rooms at the Beauport Hotel. A great bonus we get with this hotel is they offer a shuttle service to guests of the hotel so your transportation to/from the venue is taken care of!

    We recommend booking in advance as Gloucester is a popular destination and hotels are few and far between. If you would like to be kept up to date on hotel availability, we recommend signing up for email alerts from us!

  • Yes there is complimentary valet parking at the venue. We ask that if you plan to have a few drinks with us that you make the choice to not drive yourself so you can get home safely!

  • There is a shuttle that runs between the Beauport Hotel and the Cruiseport venue. If you are a guest of the hotel this shuttle service is complimentary. Please note that this shuttle service is utilized for all guests of the hotel and may fill up with guests heading to other locations. Please plan to give yourself a little extra time prior to the ceremony to make sure you have a seat!

    If you have made other accommodations, ubers are very easy to secure in the area!
